This is a short, plain-language note — not a law-firm privacy policy. It covers the waitlist on this site and how we intend to treat product data when the app opens.
We will not sell your data
We do not sell waitlist emails, club choices, or product data to third parties. We are not a ticket marketplace and we do not broker your information to brokers.
What the waitlist collects
- Email (required) — so we can tell you when your club or beta cohort is ready
- Club (required) — so we know which markets care
- Plan type and package name (optional) — so we know which published named ticket plans to catalogue next
- Whether you already own or share a plan (optional checkbox)
- Which page you signed up from (hidden field)
We do not ask for ticket barcodes, account numbers, seat maps, or payment details on this form.
How we use it
- Email you when closed beta or your club’s support is ready
- Prioritize which club packages to transcribe from published PDFs
- Optionally invite a short conversation about how your group splits a plan (you can say no)
When the product ships, we may use product usage in aggregate, along with direct user feedback, to inform the roadmap. That is not the same as selling data or building a public market-signal product from your seats. First-party anonymous market contributions (if any) would require a separate, explicit opt-in later.
Leaving the waitlist
Email us from the address you used on the form and ask to be removed. We’ll delete your waitlist row. (There is no automated account portal yet.)
Spam filtering
Forms use a honeypot field and Netlify’s spam filters (including reCAPTCHA).
